This page explains how to permanently delete your Pet Passport account and associated data. It is publicly accessible and does not require you to sign in — including if you have already uninstalled the app.
What gets deleted
When your account deletion is completed, we permanently remove:
- Your user profile and authentication account
- Pet profiles you own
- Trips and checklist-related trip data tied to those pets
- All vault documents stored for your account in Supabase Storage (vaccination records, health certificates, and other uploaded files)
- Co-pilot invites associated with your email address
- In-app export credits stored on your Pet Passport profile
Local Pet Concierge does not store a search history on your profile. Short-lived rate-limit counters (account ID only) in Upstash Redis expire on their own, typically within an hour. Google Places and Gemini may retain query logs under their own policies; we cannot purge those processor logs by deleting your Pet Passport account.
Deletion cannot be undone. Documents you previously exported or shared outside Pet Passport (for example a PDF sent by email) cannot be recalled by us. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase history needed for store accounting, fraud prevention, or tax law; cancel any Pro subscription in the App Store or Google Play before or after deleting the app, because deleting the account does not by itself cancel auto-renewal.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Pet Passport and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- In Danger zone, tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.
This triggers a server-side wipe of your profile, pets, trips, and vault files.
Option 2 — Request by email (if you uninstalled the app)
Email ntmtechnologies@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The account email address
- A clear request to delete the account and all associated data
After we verify ownership, we delete identifiable account data from our production systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Individual document deletion
You can also delete individual vault documents inside the app at any time without closing your account.
